The Panel

You're a project manager with five years' experience, mostly in building fit-outs, moving into utilities. The role: Project Manager, Digital Meter Rollout, at Southbank Water, a Victorian water utility.

The program is A$6.8m: 140,000 smart meters over two years. The format is a 45-minute structured panel, each answer scored 1 to 5, then a 20-minute case.

The interviewIn five days, 10am

You'll prepare over two evenings, answer three questions, work the case, and close. Three meters: Evidence (specific answers with numbers), Composure (staying clear under follow-up questions) and Connection (how much the panel wants to work with you). You'll see the pens move, never the numbers.
