For organisations

A simulation built on the situations your people actually face.

Tell us the negotiation, conversation or decision your team keeps getting wrong. We build it as a 30–45 minute simulation they play on their phones, or a live workshop where two teams negotiate against each other.

Already running workshops or a course library? A simulation is the practice between sessions: your people try what they learned on a situation that looks like their work, and see what it costs.

Two ways to use a custom scenario

On their own

Digital simulation

Each person plays on their phone or computer, makes the calls, and gets a move-by-move debrief. Good for spreading practice across a team, at their own pace.

How it works →
Live, in the room

Facilitated workshop

A negotiation run like an MBA case. Two teams each get half the story, negotiate face to face, and have to agree a letter of intent before time runs out. Good for workshops, leadership programmes and team days.

The digital simulation

30–45 min

Deeper than our packs

Several stages, branching decisions and complications that land mid-way, so different choices lead to different outcomes.

Your context

Built on your situations

Your kind of suppliers, stakeholders and numbers, with every name and figure changed so nothing confidential is exposed.

Role-play

They write their own replies

Beyond multiple choice: players write the email or the line they'd actually say, and get a score and a line of feedback.

Debrief

Feedback on every move

A move-by-move debrief for every player, and a short field guide your team keeps.

The facilitated workshop

Two sides, two confidential briefs, one deal to close. Nobody sees the whole picture except the facilitator.

Or have one built on your own organisation's situation:

What's in a custom workshop, and how a session runs
Group A

Buyer brief

For the buying team only: their budget, their deadline, the pressure from inside the business, and what they can and can't give.

Group B

Supplier brief

For the selling team only: their targets, their costs, what they need from this deal, and what they'd trade to get it.

Facilitator

Facilitator guide

Both halves side by side, the key points to draw out, timings, where teams usually get stuck, and the debrief questions.

The close

Letter of intent

The template each pair must agree and finalise before time's up. It forces a deal specific enough to progress to a contract.

  1. Step 1Read your halfEach group reads its own brief, apart. Neither side sees the other's.
  2. Step 2PrepareEach group agrees its targets, its walk-away point and what it's willing to trade.
  3. Step 3NegotiateBuyer and supplier teams meet and work the deal. The facilitator keeps time and watches for the key moments.
  4. Step 4Finalise the letter of intentEach pair agrees the terms in writing to progress to a contract. No agreed letter, no deal.
  5. Step 5DebriefThe facilitator puts every table's letter side by side: same briefs, different deals. Then both halves are revealed, and the room sees what the other side was holding.

Built on your situations, with every name and figure changed. Works with any number of tables. Your own facilitators run it from the guide.

How it works

You tell us the situation your team needs to practise. We reply by email, then agree the scope and price with you. We draft the scenario and check it with you before anyone plays it. Your team plays it on their phones, or your facilitator runs it as a workshop.
